I bet all of you would agree that almost every great conversation happen inside our kitchens. This is the only place in the house that all family members, friends and guests are united. It is undeniably the heart of every home where everyone lingers and mingles especially during parties and special gatherings.
But how many of us would also agree that setting up inside the kitchen for a party of more than 10 people is a bit of a challenge. Setting up tables and chairs are a hassle. I believe that the best way to really enjoy those memorable conversations is to have an alternative place inside our backyard where we can still prepare our food and mingle at the same time without any constraint or any hindrance.
Building one is not as easy as grilling your favorite hickory ribs but having the right materials and tools it will be much easier. If I will build one, I will definitely need the help of a wood cutting carbide blade to help me cut and build the frames for the kitchen cabinets. A diamond blade would also be helpful in cutting and shaping the stones that I will be using for the walls of the cabinet.
Going back to the essence of having one, with an outdoor kitchen available, I wouldn’t worry about entertaining my guests and at the same time going back and forth inside our house to get some stuff or food. I talked to my wife the other month about this and we both agreed that having one is also essential for us since we like having at least one party a month.
Aside from having at least one party a month and eliminating the hassles of going in and out of my house during a gathering, there are a lot of benefits that a kitchen outdoor would bring. One of which is the feeling of nature when cooking. It gives you a different vibe and mood while preparing your food. It also gives you the excitement that an indoor kitchen would not normally give you. Cooking outdoors adds a little of adventure to what you are doing. It’s like adding spice and flavor to your food. It also yields the feeling of freshness when I cook in a more natural environment. Just like the feeling that my kids get when they camp and eat their dinner inside their tents or in front of a bonfire.
Outdoor cooking brings out the fun in us. The grilling of the barbeque and the smell of nature combined together brings out the best in an outdoor kitchen. This is an American tradition and I intend to pass this on to the next generation.
